Mat Classes
Suitable for all levels
Honouring the genius of the original work, this Mat class incorporates Anne’s decades of study and research on fascia, and how it literally shapes us. A great class to support strength, mobility, and connection through the whole body. While inspired by the principles of Pilates, it encourages the body to move with greater continuity and ease. With a focus on functional, fascia-informed movement, we work to balance the body’s diaphragms through breath and coordination—supporting a more integrated and efficient system. Attention to pacing and flow allows tension to release while building strength without unnecessary effort. This is a thoughtful and responsive practice that meets the body where it is, helping to develop resilience, balance, and a more connected, supported way of moving.
Reformer Fundamentals & Backcare
Suitable for all levels
This is one of our signature classes, and a must for anyone feeling a little stiff or stuck in their body. Whatever your fitness level, you will restore the vibrancy in your tissue with this class. It’s also an ideal class to begin your Pilates journey. The focus is on gently encouraging the body to move with greater ease, restoring full myofascial continuity and releasing areas of stiffness. Whether tension has built up through daily life, overuse, underuse, or stress, this class supports the body in finding balance, connection, and more efficient movement patterns. With correct pacing, direction of movement, and flow, we help build resilience within the tissues, creating a sense of glide, ease, and support throughout the body. This work is not only about how you feel today, but an investment in your long-term movement health—supporting a stronger, more capable body for your future self.
Mixed Studio Equipment
Suitable for intermediate levels
The full studio experience. This class incorporates the Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, and Barrels, offering a varied and dynamic approach to the work. Each piece of equipment brings its own challenge, supporting the development of strength, agility, and coordination across the whole body. With an emphasis on myofascial continuity, the body is encouraged to adapt and respond in different ways, building resilience and versatility in movement. As with all our classes, attention to pacing, direction, and flow allows the work to feel both supported and progressive. This is a rich and engaging practice, deepening your understanding of movement while continuing to build a strong, capable, and responsive body.
Reformer One
Suitable for beginners
Building on the foundations established in Reformer Fundamentals, this class introduces you more fully to the Reformer and its repertoire. The focus remains on moving with awareness and precision, while gradually developing strength, control, and coordination throughout the body.
Through guided movement, we continue to support myofascial continuity, encouraging the body to work as an integrated whole. With an emphasis on correct pacing, direction, and flow, the work becomes more dynamic while still maintaining a sense of ease and support. This is where understanding begins to deepen—allowing you to move with greater confidence, resilience, and connection, as you continue to invest in your long-term movement health.
Reformer Two
Suitable for intermediate levels
Building on the strength, control, and understanding developed in Reformer One, this class progresses the work to a more dynamic and challenging level. The repertoire expands to include more multi-planar movement within each exercise, requiring greater coordination, precision, and integration throughout the body. With a continued emphasis on myofascial continuity, the body is encouraged to move as a connected system, supporting more complex patterns with clarity and control. Pace and coordination become more layered, while still guided by a sense of flow—allowing strength to develop without unnecessary tension, and movement to remain supported and fluid. As the work deepens, so too does your awareness—developing resilience, efficiency, and confidence in how you move. This is a continued investment in your long-term movement health, supporting a body that is adaptable, strong, and capable for years to come.
General Reformer
Suitable for advanced levels
This class brings together all elements of the work, building on the strength, control, and understanding developed in the earlier levels. The repertoire becomes more complex and dynamic, with greater demand on coordination, precision, and full-body integration. Multi-planar movement is explored more deeply within each exercise, requiring the body to organise and respond with clarity and control. Pace, timing, and flow become more refined, challenging both the body and the mind while maintaining a sense of ease and support. With a continued focus on myofascial continuity, movement is fluid, connected, and efficient. This level encourages a deeper trust in your body’s ability—developing strength, resilience, and adaptability. It is the natural progression of the work, supporting a body that moves with confidence, intelligence, and freedom.
Classical Reformer
Suitable for advanced levels
This class is a joyous celebration of all your hard work. It’s where flow becomes harmonious: the teacher is there simply to guide and encourage, and one movement flows into the next. In each class you will see your achievements, and there’s always more. Staying true to Joseph Pilates’ original repertoire and classical order, it reveals the genius of the method. Pilates never gets easier, you just get better! This challenging workout will push you and make you sweat, but with consistent practice you’ll see real progress. We recommend attending Reformer I and II first to get the most from this class.
