Our next Retreat is a 5-day Pilates & Wellness Retreat in the beautiful setting of the Finca Monasterio in the Sotogrande region in Spain.
This is an amazing chance to rejuvenate the mind and body. From sunrise to sunset, you will get to practice and improve your Pilates movement under the guidance of Anne. She will guide you through 5 days of Pilates, breath work and restorative movement. No need to worry if you have not done Pilates before — we will meet you from wherever you are starting from, and we will help you to feel the benefits and see the improvements in your body as the days go by. We will tailor the workouts for different abilities.
As well as Pilates, we will have guided walks through the gorgeous countryside. Informative talks from Ashleigh Tobin on how to manage or lives post pandemic covering stess, overwhelm and sleep. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided by the fabulous chefs at Finca Monasterio and are all based on a gut-friendly non-inflammatory cuisine. You will also have plenty of downtime to relax and enjoy the beautiful gardens, pool, sauna, and steam room.

The retreat includes a 5-night stay at the beautiful Finca Monasterio hotel, allowing you to relax and unwind completely with use of the beautiful gardens, pool, sauna, and steam room during downtime. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided by the talented chefs at Finca Monasterio and are all based on gut-friendly and non-inflammatory cuisine.
From sunrise to sunset you will practice and improve your Pilates movement under the guidance of Anne, who will help you choose a level suitable for your body and goals. Whether you have never done Pilates before or want to deepen your practice —we will tailor the workouts to your ability and goals. Ashleigh Tobin, our special guest coach will take you through various mindfulness sessions. We have also a fun day of adventure where we visit the beautiful Tarifa
Where we will practice Pilates on the stunning beach, 10km of white sandy beaches, stroll through the historic town, have lunch and enjoy this gorgeous town which sits at the most southern point of mainland Europe.
