Corrective Health 1
A back care and corrective health class, concentrating on Posture, Breathing and Correcting Dysfunction in the muscles and joints. Emphasis on movement of the Shoulder Girdle, Ribs &Pelvis.
Suitable for Beginners and Intermediate levels
Corrective Health II
Another of our Back care and corrective exercise classes. This one has an emphasis on stretching the glutes, hamstrings and movement of the feet and ankles. And some lovely 90/90s. Just what the body needs after all the sitting around.
Mat Flow with Anne
This class is a flowing class full of functional movement, hip opening, spine work, deep psoas stretching and deep core work, whats not to love!
Lynn’s class
This class with Lynn is “typical Lynn” strong, and effective. It’s a lovely mix of functional movement, balance and a strong Pilates Mat segment. It will definitely get the blood flowing and the body moving. Just what we need at the moment.
The level is beginner/intermediate.
Intermediate Mat II
This class with Anne is an full of energy with a particular focus on movement of the shoulder and spine.
Its is suitable for beginner to intermediate.
Intermediate Mat I
This class with Anne does have some intermediate exercises in it but it is also suitable for beginners.
It is a mix of strong core exercises working the body in every plane of motion, it will get you worked and stretched and feeling amazing!
Pilates 34 Exercises
This class is the Pilates Mat Contrology exercises in the order as taught by Joseph Pilates. It is one of my favourites. It is an advanced workout so you should not do any exercise that you have not done in class with me like, Jacknife, corkscrew, control balance etc. But with every work out only do what feels right for your body.
Your will get to love it! It is referred fondly by one of my regulars as the “horror” but she turns up every week.
